There are still a few outdoor meets that require an organiser, and some which so far do not have many members wishing to go. If you are planning on going on a particular meet, please post on that Meets page your intention, even if it is in a few months time, and if there is no organiser shown, then please consider doing this. It is not a difficult task and only means you may have to contact the campsite or bunk house to arrange accommodation, make sure everyone is sorted with travel plans and maybe book some places in the pub etc. The actual meet and the climbing is sorted by everyone who attends so there is no responsibility on the organiser to do anything during the meet, other than suggest where to climb if you know the area well. If no one steps up to do this and no one posts that they wish to go, then the meet will not happen.
